About the Couple

Emma & Bob

Bob moved to New Orleans for college.

Emma moved to New Orleans to become a teacher.

They met at teacher training, parades, and friends’ houses, but the timing was never right.

14 years later: Emma asked Bob out on their first date to Bar Tonique on the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Bob asked Emma out on their second date to the French Quarter on Thanksgiving.

They’ve been thankful for each other ever since.
